WHAT'S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 10 Hour Cancellation Policy.  If you have a count package, you will lose your class as if you had attended. However, should you cancel a class within 2 hours of the start time or are a no -show you will loss your class and be charged $10. If you have a ONE CLASS A DAY package, you will be charged $20 for a late cancel two hours of less before class, or $15 for a late cancel more than two hours before class.

Switching classes will result in a late cancel if done 10 hours or less before class. Cancelling a class is as simple as making one. You are responsible for managing your own schedule.

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH PARKING?

Parking is available behind the studio and on Washington Blvd. Should you park on neighboring residential streets PLEASE OBSERVE PARKING SIGNAGE FOR RESTRICTIONS.

DOES SWEAT PILATES HAVE A LOCKER ROOM AND/OR SHOWER FACILITIES?

Nope. We have a changing room, a bathroom, and storage cubbies for your personal items.

DO I NEED TO WEAR GRIP SOCKS FOR PILATES?

They allow for a comfortable workout with minimal slippage. They also provide a healthy barrier between you and the Proformer. Grip socks are recommended, but not required. They are available in the studio ($17) or you can go barefoot. No regular socks allowed.

I’M RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY SHOULD I TAKE SWEAT PILATES?

Remember, Sweat Pilates is not Classic Pilates and is not intended to be therapeutic. Although Sweat Pilates is a low to no impact class, we recommend that your doctor sign off on any strenuous activity that may impede your rate of recovery.

I’M PREGNANT, SHOULD I START TAKING SWEAT PILATES?

Congratulations! And no, you shouldn’t start this workout. If you should become pregnant while holding an account with us we can freeze your current series or you may continue with your doctor’s permission. We may require a doctor’s note after 16 weeks.

WHAT IF THE INSTRUCTOR CHANGES FOR A CLASS THAT I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR?

Trainers are subject to change without notice. We do our best to post substitutions as quickly as possible. We DO NOT give refunds or early cancels due to a teacher change. DO NOT ASK!

I'M WITH CLASSPASS, ARE SOME POLICIES DIFFERENT FOR ME?

Yes. Because of the integration with the ClassPass system and their policies, we cannot sign you up as a walk in. You must sign yourself up for class no later than 5 minutes before class time through ClassPass via mobile device. Please reserve before hand. We cannot allow you to take class once ClassPass has closed registration. We don’t have the ability to sign you in. We hate to see anybody walk away, please sign up prior to the 5 minute cut off.
-Sometimes you’ll see that a class has more spaces available on our live scheduler than shown on the ClassPass site. We dedicate a percentage of spaces to Class Pass clients, the rest are for Sweat Pilates members. If a class shows as full on ClassPass, but there are spaces available, ClassPassers are welcome to buy a single class.
-In order for ClassPass to work, we need to honor our agreement and your agreement with them. Please don’t ask to be marked present for a class you don’t plan to attend. By marking you present we forfeit the ability to give that space to someone else. It messes with our bottom line, and in fairness to the 10-15 clients who late cancel every day, we prefer to treat everyone equally and stick with the policy. Thank you for understanding.

Facts You Need to Know:

  • Please no perfumes or colognes

  • No cross talking in class. It is disruptive to the Teacher and other Clients.

  • Turn off all ringers and PDA’s.

  • No jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
