Moe DanielsFitness has always been an important part of my life for professional and personal reasons. Working in the field of entertainment for nearly 20 years has made staying in shape a necessity, but has also sparked natural interests in athletics, wellness and nutrition. My studies have included Pilates, boxing and fitness training with former Heavyweight Champion Michael Bentt, yoga training under Bikram and Ana Forrest, and message therapies. I am so excited to share this innovative new workout with you! When you take my class you can expect to get an intense workout to great music, have a little fun, and seriously get your sweat on! |

Kenna RamseyI have always loved to get physical! It is through my work as a professional actress and singer that I realized the importance of consistent exercise in my life. My fitness training background includes swimming (AAU League)-- my first love, yoga, Tae Kwon Do, Pilates and dance. As soon as I experienced the Proformer and this new philosophy in training, I was hooked! My enthusiasm led to vigorous study and certification under international fitness master --Sebastien Lagree and ultimately Sweat Pilates! I’m excited about Systeme Dynamique because it’s a complete work out that strengthens and tones with beautiful results for any fitness level—and does it all in less than an hour! In my class you can plan to make that mind/body connection, get a effective deep workout, and to laugh through the burn! |

Kelly Ann ColbertI became interested in bodywork and equipment-based Pilates when a rare foot fracture and surgery became a life-changing event. I have always been a mover, dancer and athlete, so being told I could never run or dance again stopped me in my tracks. Neither ended up being true—thanks to a combination of therapies in Pilates, Gyrotonic and Thai Yoga I no longer have metal in my foot! That is why I bring a passion for the healing arts to my performing and teaching. Kelly is certified in Pilates (Cadillac/Reformer/Barrell/Wunda Chair/Mat), Julio Horvath’s Gyrotonic Expansion System as well as Thai Yoga Therapy/Thai Herbal Medicine. Kelly completed her apprenticeship in Gyrotonic and Pilates with Radonna Patterson in the rehab setting at Bodyworks Treatment and Prevention Center in Durham, NC where her clients consistently challenged her to explore truths about healing and how it transcends the physical. |

Cheryl LeibertCheryl Leibert has been active in sports and fitness since a young child. Participating in sports (Softball and Volleyball), dance classes, pilates classes, aerobics, kickboxing, bikram yoga and as an avid gym goer. The primary focus has always been to find new, fun and challenging ways of staying healthy and fit. Since beginning her training with Systeme Dynamique/SPX she has found that nothing has worked quite as well. Not only has she become stronger and increased her endurance, but she has become leaner and toner in a shorter amount of time. She is very excited to bring her enthusiasm of fitness, specifically SPX, and work with others to give them the results they are looking for with an effective, challenging and fun workout. Every day has its own challenges, so its up to you to put as much as you can in for that day. If you put in the effort, you will see results. |
