After years of being a trained dancer I decided to apply my experience into the world of fitness. My journey started at the YogaWorks teacher-training program. I found comfort in the yoga community in Los Angeles and wanted to share that with others. Two years after completing my 200-hour teacher training I obtained my High Intensity Pilates certification through Sweat Pilates. Whether working one on one with a client or with a large group fitness class, my main goal is to strengthen the minds and bodies of people in a way, which the two are trained to work together harmoniously.
