She received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and fulfilled a 450 hour PMA fully comprehensive Pilates Certification in 2018. She is classically trained with a nice contemporary & athletic twist, and was also personally trained by Moe. She has a full yoga background, so you will find her teaching many Flex & flow classes on the schedule. With her knowledge of the body and the way it moves Megan's classes are a fun, athletic, and challenging flow. She is beyond excited to join the Sweat Pilates team!
