Sweat Pilates
- The best low impact work to strengthen your body from the inside out. This is circuit training high-intensity pilates style on the one and only PROFORMER . We do not compromise flexibility for strength. We enhance both, with movements radiating from the core. Feel the machine, feel the burn, feel the sweat.

Bounce Pilates
This fast-paced class is a hybrid of our Sweat Pilates with mini-trampoline. Resistance + cardio = tons of sweat with zero impact.
Bouncing improves balance, proprioception (perception or awareness of the position and movement of the body, and increases blood flow to underused muscles while loosening and releasing overused ones). It also releases endorphins, your brain’s natural calming aid. Being in your body and out of your head comes naturally as you bounce. Clear your mind, decrease tension and let the sweat drip!
Classic Pilates
Slower movements that focuses on smaller muscles creating long, strong muscles and a leaner look. Improves muscle tone, balance, supports beautiful posture, and teaches you to move with ease and grace. All of these things will make you look and feel very fit. Take your time and reconnect to your powerhouse.
Flex & Flow
Move your yoga practice off the floor and onto our Profomers. This class is a mashup of Strength training and Yoga.
