Hannah is a Santa Monica native who grew up taking dance and volleyball lessons, and spent over a decade training in boxing / Muay Thai. After being a loyal SWEAT client, she was inspired to complete the summer instructor training and is now leading her own classes. Teaching has become a healthy balance between her day job working in the music industry and freelance photography. She values Pilates as an integral part of her routine, it being both physically and mentally healing. She loves to empower her clients to feel their most confident inside and out. As you finish her class, she hopes that your mind fees lighter and your body leaves stronger.
